3) Not an Investmen - No Expectation of Profit;
Buying, holding, using, or interacting with $BIGGER does not create any investment contract or expectation of profit from the efforts of others. $BIGGER has no promise of price appreciation, dividends, revenue, buybacks, redemptions, or future cash flows. There is no roadmap obligation and no duty to maintain, upgrade, support, or continue the project.

Access is prohibited where restricted by law, including to persons or entities on applicable sanctions lists or in embargoed jurisdictions.

$BIGGER, its contributors, community moderators, and affiliates provide the token, sites, smart contracts, and Content “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, reliability, accuracy, or availability. Experimental software may contain bugs or downtime.
7) Limitation of Liability;
To the maximum extent permitted by law, $BIGGER contributors, moderators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; or any loss related to digital wallets, private keys, exchanges, bridges, or third-party services—whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the amount you paid directly to us, if any.
8) Taxes;
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes or reporting obligations arising from your activities related to $BIGGER.
9) Community Conduct;
Do not use $BIGGER for illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, spam, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights. We may restrict or block access to official channels for conduct that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
10) Third-Party Services & Links;
Exchanges, bridges, wallets, analytics, bots, and other tools are third-party services. Use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their actions or failures.
11) Intellectual Property;
Brand names, logos, artwork, and Content are owned by their respective owners and may be protected by IP laws. You may not use $BIGGER branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement without written permission.
12) Modifications;
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of $BIGGER, the smart contracts, the website(s), or these Terms at any time without notice. Updates become effective upon posting with the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
13) No Partnership or Fiduciary Relationship;
Participation in $BIGGER does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary, or other special relationship. No party owes you any fiduciary duties.
14) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law;
